Resources for Families with Children with Special Needs:

Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) – Provides services for those with developmental disabilities.  The “Early Start” program provides services for 0-3 year olds with or at risk for developmental disabilities.  (510) 383-1355

Family Resource Network (FRN) – Provides free info, referral services, advocacy and parent support for children with disabilities or special health care needs. (510) 547-7322
